Seems it never rains in Southern California. Las Vegas and Phoenix for that matter! And I can testify to that, because I've lived in all three places.
I always said I didn't care where I lived as long as I didn't end up in a the desert listening to AM radio all day. Well, carefull what you ask for.
My wife Debbie and I were High School sweethearts, and were true Californians, loving the beach, the music and the sunshine.
Real estate brought us to Las Vegas where we enjoyed a very successful career with one of the top three national home builders selling over $75 million in properties.
From there opportunity brought us to the Phoenix area, Surprise!, where I continuted selling many top communities
from Phoenix, Waddell, Buckeye, Litchfeild Park, Avondale and others!
Always calling California home, we ventured back to Ventura, joining forces with Keller Williams and we are now devoting our time and experience to the foreclosure, short sale market in the Huntington Beach area.

Well as you can see here, I like old cars, rebuilding them anyways. I love my puppies, all 3 of them, Pudgy(mommie) Maggie and Maddox her babies. We did have Daddy however he went to live with a Friend as his health would not allow him to play all day with the babies.
My youngest son just joined the US Air Force and is now stationed in Alaska. I know he will have fun, I spent 13 years in and learned to live by values which you will see posted below.
Family and Friends are the most important thing in life. I make all my clients fit into one of these catagories. This way I give them my utmost attention and respect.
